The service

Doc Generator is a free tool that produces draft business documents using an AI model. You can use the output for your own business. You may not resell the generated documents as a product or claim authorship of the AI's prose in a misleading way.

No legal advice

The contracts and NDAs produced by this tool are templates. They are not legal advice and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction. For anything high-value, unusual, or consequential, consult a solicitor.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the documents will be error-free, enforceable in every jurisdiction, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing what you download before you send or sign it.

Pro tier

Pro costs £5/month or £40/year. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you'll keep Pro features until the end of the billing period. Refunds within 14 days of payment are available on request.

Acceptable use

Don't use the tool to generate fraudulent documents, to impersonate someone, or to create anything illegal. We may block abusive use without notice.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
