Privacy policy

What we collect

By default, nothing. You can generate a document without an account, and the data you type is sent to the AI model, used to produce the output, and then dropped. We do not log the content of your documents.

We do collect aggregate page-view counts via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-965ECXG0YX). This tells us how many people visited which page. It is not tied to your identity.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. AdSense may set cookies for ad personalisation. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

Pro tier

If you sign up for Pro, we store your email address and a 30-day history of generated documents (so you can re-download them). You can delete this history at any time from your account page.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what data we hold about you and to have it deleted. Email hello@docgenerator.pro and I'll action it within a week.
