If you want a refund

Email me with the email you used to pay and the reason. If it's within 14 days of your payment, I'll process it the same day. I have processed zero refunds so far.

If you want to suggest a template

Tell me what document you keep writing from scratch. If it's a common-enough situation that other people would use it, I'll add it to the queue.

If something is broken

A screenshot is worth a thousand words. Include the URL, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If a generated document looks wrong, paste the input you used (without any sensitive client details).

If you're a lawyer reviewing this

Hi. The contracts and NDAs are intended for typical freelance and small-business situations. They're not a substitute for legal advice on novel or high-value matters. If you'd like to review or contribute better clause language, get in touch.

If you're a journalist
